Credits pay for the research you run on a business: who runs it, a verified email, a direct line, the answer to a question of your own. Every agent shows its price before you run it, and prices can be fractions of a credit. Scanning a market never uses credits.

You pay for what it cost us to look, and nothing more. When the provider behind an agent charges nothing for a miss, you get the whole charge back. When the research itself has a cost, a small part is kept and the rest is refunded. The agent tells you which before you run it.

Plan credits renew on your billing date and don’t roll over. Credits you buy on top, whether by hand or through auto-recharge, never expire.

Turn it on and, when your balance reaches zero, we add a pack of credits at your plan’s rate and charge the card on file, so a run never stops halfway down a list. Turn it off any time.

Because company totals only mean something across a country. A chain with 400 locations should read 400, not the 3 that happen to be in your city. So a paid plan scans your country once per market, shows you the slice you asked for, and lets you zoom out to a region or the whole country any time, with no new scan.

Everything is counted: you see the true number of businesses in your city, and the filters count against all of them. 100 businesses, the same 100 every time, are open to work, with 100 credits a month to research them. Paid plans open all of them.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.
