Companies
A chain is one row with its location count and head office on it, not forty pins. Every company typed: brand, venue or independent.
LocalSpect scans every business in your territory, answers your questions about each one and names the people who decide, with the sources behind every answer. From the whole market to the person who signs, in one list.

Any trade, anywhere.
Size it by company, work it by location, call it by person.
A chain is one row with its location count and head office on it, not forty pins. Every company typed: brand, venue or independent.
Every branch with its own phone, website, rating, reviews and how well it matches the trade.
The owner at the branch and the signer at head office, with email and direct line.
Why they need you
The research is done when you open the list, so your days go to conversations, not digging.
Type a trade and a place. Every business there is scanned in when you ask, chains grouped under the company that runs them. Not the database every rep in your market already pays for.
Write what makes a business right for you, the way you’d brief a new rep. Do they take weekend jobs? Is there a second site? An agent answers for every business, with the source, or says Not found.
Up to five people who run the branch and five at head office, with their LinkedIn, an email checked against their domain and a direct line. At a chain, one conversation at head office can win every branch.
Save what you’re working, hide it from new results, share lists with your team, export anywhere. Your territory stops being a map you guess at and becomes a list you work through.
Whatever you sell to local businesses, the work is the same: find them, qualify them, reach who decides.
Every client is a new trade in a new town. A workspace per client, and a list that’s theirs.
Your buyer is a dentist, a garage, a gym. Ask whether they still run what you replace.
The branch takes the delivery, head office signs the contract. Both on the row.
A territory is a map until it’s a list. Work it until nothing in it slips past you.
A lead database sells you what it stored. A Maps scraper hands you a raw list. LocalSpect scans your territory, qualifies each business and names the people who decide. Every row below is a yes or a no.
Finding businesses
Every business on the map in your territory, none missed
Scanned when you ask, not stored once
A whole city, region or country in one scan
Branches grouped under the company that runs them
Qualifying them
Researched when you ask, not when the database was built
Filtered by your own questions, in plain words
Sources shown for every answer
Says Not found instead of guessing
Reaching decision makers
Decision makers searched live, not pulled from a database
Decision makers at each branch and at head office
Emails checked against the business’s own domain
A direct line, not the switchboard
What people ask before they scan their first market.
No. A database searches what someone stored once. LocalSpect scans your territory when you start, groups what it finds into the companies behind them, and researches each business you choose from its website and public sources.
Every answer shows its confidence, the sources it came from and the lines that gave the answer. When nothing credible can be found, the answer says Not found instead of guessing.
It names up to five people who run each location (owner, franchisee, manager) and up to five at the company that owns it, each with their LinkedIn. You can then look up their email and direct line.
Emails are found for the named person and checked against the business’s own domain. Invalid addresses count as not found, and catch-all domains are flagged.
You subscribe to a plan that comes with credits. Scanning your market doesn’t use them; credits are spent only on the research you run, business by business. See pricing.
Any. Pick a city, a county, a region or a whole country. What’s found follows what Google Maps lists in that place.
